The episode where Skinner quits and the students take over the school. Ralph is in a cage over Crapabble's desk.
"My water bowl is empty" - I peed myself.
others:
"The doctor said I wouldn't have so many nose bleeds if I kept my finger outta there."
Ralph: "Um, Miss Hoover? There's a dog in the vent."
Miss Hoover: "Ralph, remember the time you said Snagglepuss was outside?"
Ralph: "He was going to the bathroom."
"Will you cook my dinner for me? My parents aren't around and I'm not allowed to turn on the stove."
"Mrs. Krabappel and Principal Skinner were in the closet making babies and I saw one of the babies and the baby looked at me."
"When I grow up, I want to be a principal or a caterpillar."

Good episode, but it's Martin in the cage, not Ralph.

Wow, this is an early showdown between two of the funniest supporting characters. Obviously, Ralph is better by far, but Hans Moleman is hilarious in his own way.

"Oh boy, sleep!! That's where I'm a Viking!!"
Too bad that Hans Moleman was up against the Ralph Wiggum.
How unfortunate.

Hans, I like Ralph but an old guy gettin hit in the groin with a football and Homer laughing at it during a film festival is golden.

Homer's not in the tournament - the immediate family is exempt, mostly because Homer is far and away the best and most important character on the show that it wouldn't be funny.
