Main board DET fans advocating running / injuring Smith next time out.

Thankfully, they already have Todd Bertuzzi for that ... not like he does anything else to help DET win ...

I'm going to go make some popcorn and pour the salt of Red Wings fans on it.

Congrats to Smith, that was pretty cool and it's always great to see the Wings lose.

Still to much baseball.

Just watched the 3rd period wings stream. Their announcers are pretty entertaining haha... so one sided.

Just got back...wow what a game, btw, Hanzal for Selke.

Smith's goal was amazing...and Ribs was on fire tonight...but please get him someone else to play with other than Moss.

We couldn't see what happened to Smith, did he get hit with the puck, stick, something?

According to Craig Morgan

That was without Mickey Redmond. So it was actually kind of bearable.

So, reflections from my first game live.

The good, the bad, the ugly.

Good.
- Smith, oh My god what a goalie. He does everything. He saves and he SCORES.
- Morris. Playing amazing. Does everything right.
- Hanzal, just so well rounded. Can play in all situations. Selke???????

Bad.
- Korpikoski, Where was he?
- Schlemko, i know. He wasnt bad but i just dont see what eh brings that Stone or Runblad doesnt bring.

Ugly.
- Yandle. Yes, i know that he is the favorouite scapegoat but the turnovers are too much. Getting all nervpärs when he has the puck on the blue line.

LOVING the hoooooward chant!!! I've seen games in Minnesota and Carolina and this crowd was waaay better. HERE TO STAY!

Just wondering why Greiss didn't get the start this game?? Thought he was a capable backup but he can't even get B2B starts???????????

I didn't really notice any questionable decisions by Yandle tonight in the defensive zone. Certainly looked better than OEL and Z did in that regard for the first two periods. In the meanwhile, he and Ribs were really clicking and generating some nice set-ups. Didn't get on the score sheet, but another solid game overall I think for #3.

Welcome. And already you may have been the first person to use the term "nervpärs" on this board.

Wow, you picked a good one...the more I think about it, the more that might show up as one of my top 10 all timers - Red Wings, come from behind, big win, Smitty scores...what's not to love?

In fact, you oughta change your tagline from 'Rookie User' to "nervpärs"

Just came to say congrats on Smith getting his goal tonight. When I saw that on my app on my phone I was like "WHAT!!? holy ****!" lol. The fact that he actually shot it was pretty cool too, if it was like an own goal and he just got credit then nobody would really care but Smith was bound to get a goal eventually with his shot so its pretty cool to add another goalie to the list along with my boy Nabokov. Anyway, congrats to Smith. Cheers!

I am kind of mad I didn't go. I was thinking about going but didn't want to deal with the obnoxious Red Wings fans that live here in Phoenix. It didn't look like there was as many Red Wings fans as I thought there would be.

Bods is quietly racking up points. 7 points in 9 games. Obviously still shy with pulling the trigger, tough - he's only taken a total of 8 shots so far :-/
