I just happen to find it humorous that Cory Schneider could be in net, let in the EXACT same goals, in the EXACT same situations, and all the onus would suddenly be on the defense, or coaching, or whatever.

Double standards amuse me.

I've never done that. Poor goaltending is poor goaltending to me. Average goaltending is the same. It's just clear that Schneider is a better goalie right now, so it happens less. Luongo and Schneider played with the same defence in front of them - I find it humourous that people attribute the difference in performance between the goalies to "the team plays better in front of Schneider."

I'd argue that consistently good play is more important than occasional fantastic play.
