Jeff Cowan

King's Fans-

What are thought son Jeff Cowan? Will he fit in the King's plans this year? I always liked the way he played and thought the last season played he had a real good year? Any thoughts?

Yeah he will probably play 4th regularly. He's not the greatest enforcer in the world but he can skate to the point of not being a defensive liabilty as some enforcers in the past. I am not a big fan of him, but he is reliable to Murray.

I think he'll fit in great and that he'll get some top 6 time just like he did in Atlanta when he played with Kovalchuk.

Jeff Cowan rules. He replaced Lappy and will play a third line role, most likely with Avery and Belanger.

Jeff is a reliable 3rd/4th liner with decent size and capable of finding the back of the net. He played pretty well in his short stint with the team at the end of the 2003-04 season.

I enjoyed watching Cowan play last year and think a line with him and Avery has the potential to disrupt, irritate, and wear down opponants mentally and phisically. If at one point we can put Flinn out there with him we have the potential for a serirous brawl.

I concur. Pretty serious...
Too bad Ryan's always injured.

He'll play with Avery. I love his game. Reminds me of Darren McCarty.

Yeah I hope the Sens and Flyers brawl again just to bring some of those casual fans back to the NHL. Most casual fans like to see hockey fights.

So far the best was Tie Domi and the fat fan in my opinion. Artest should of took the stooges route ala tie.

It'll probably take him a while. He'll start in Manchester for sure, he's got to get his injuries under control.

Ryan is the real deal. With that scary look and all. Ryan-Cowan-Avery-Tom K-Qunital, thats all we need. Future - Karlsson-Neilson- can't wait.

Their going to kill the Ducks!
