I'm expecting a lottery pick for James Larry Bird Anderson.

SO do people really like these new NBA t-shirt looking jerseys? I'm not much of a fashion guy, but these things look ridiculous.

Probably more like Forman Mills and Ollie's Bargain Outlet.

Agreed, get rid of them. They need to make them like they did in the 90's. NBA jerseys were so much better back then.

So the 76ers signed a teen with down syndrome to a ceremonial 2 day contract. Thank christ, this team needs all the help they can get

Really nice gesture by the 6ers and shows great class.

This contract still doesn't make up for Bynum...

And if they let the kid score a basket he would have more points then Bynum had on this team.

Free agency after next season. This team should be enticing enough to join.

Holy crap, Milwaukee won.

Only 5 games from the bottom. I swear ET, better not be playing on Friday in a sixers jersey

Only? That's 50% of their season's win total. The Sixers could lose out and still not catch them.

I HIGHLY doubt Kevin Love will be interested in the Sixers, slim to none chance. As much as I hate to say it, he'll probably end up with the Lakers or Bulls. Who knows though, still don't think it will be the Sixers.

wtf are all these rumors that the sixes are interested in Omer Asik? why the HELL would they do that when a, they're trying to tank and b, they have nerlens noel waiting to grow with the rebuilt core after this season? how would that make any sense whatsoever?

it's a completely asinine sentiment. why would a rebuilding team trade assets for a star C who's 27 years old, when part of the current rebuilding process is a young, highly touted C? wouldn't those assets be better used to add to the young rebuilding core? i feel like i'm taking crazy pills.

i'm not a big basketball fan at all, but i'm at least a little excited at the prospect of them actually getting a potential superstar building block in the draft and maybe having a bit more incentive to watch the games next season... if they sacrifice assets and trade for this guy, there goes that excitement IMO.

I don't see why the Sixers are even talking about bringing in established players. They should get as many draft picks as they can today and build the team through the draft. If Kevin Love wants to come here in two years when the team is competing hopefully, then you get him. Not now when the team is about to pick 2nd overall in the NBA draft. Just doesn't make sense.

So if Evan Turner is dealt, what kind of deal are we looking at? I have no idea how BBall trades work. A late first rounder really isn't worth all that much in the NBA, right? So do you go for what, an aging veteran or something to be a leader next year for the youngins? Or are there teams that will trade a 20 year old for a guy like ET?

Reports are the Sixers can't even get a late 1st for Turner. That's what other teams think of him.
