I'll take a Stanley Cup over a Vezina 100x out of 100 if you want to talk trophies.

Apparently, $500,000 worth of DMac is enough! Guy always gives everything he has, night after night.

Brandon Dubinsky sounds remarkably like Nic Cage.

I actually think we've been dominating for most of the game. As usual I have no idea what game most of you folks are watching.

Both are not filling the expected role I thought they would bring to the CBJ.... where is the MFJJ stuff we read every other game when he first came here??

Good post Pete.

Genuine question. Why are you still watching?

I'm leaving in 10. Maybe you should to? You sound awfully frustrated right now.

I will say though that as bad as the Jackets have played tonight, they're still playing with some good energy.

Awesome, Bobrovsky would have won a cup in front of that team. Not sure what your deal is other than the gamely overreaction

Lucking [or sucking] into players like Lemieux, Jagr, Crosby, Malkin will get you those trophies but there are other ways to do it.

I have no deal.

Jus because he won the Vezina, doesn't mean he is outside of critique. In case you missed it, I comment on all the players, good and bad, on any given night,

Not a good game.... who knows why this happened, but there is still a full period left....

This I will say again.... we can't win if we don't score...

Its not that this teams sucks we just aren't in the class of a team like Pitt. It's not like we're incapable of beating elite teams, but anything less than our best game and we don't have a shot.

This is a classic case of their best beats our best.

I haven't seen you say anything about anyone else than Bobrovsky tonight, except on MacKenzie's goal.

I don't really get into the doomsday day-to-day crap. I'm glad to see this team doesn't quit. I still enjoy watching them. Whole different attitude than prior Jacket squads. Pens are elite. At this stage of the rebuild game, we will be lucky to split. Zheesh. No wonder folks bail from game day threads.

Brass.... I'm on low profile right now but that statement is crap.... we have no clue what Prospal would have let happen... or even be able to control.. come on.

Seems like we always have one ****** pass in our breakout. Not necessarily a bad read resulting in a turnover but a pass that's tough to handle or out of reach. That's really killing our opportunities to give our goalie a break and to increase our transition offense.
