My favorite is "Lets blame one star player because his team hasn't won much in the playoffs"
it's not tennis, its a 21 man sport. Unless the one player is a goalie playing out of his mind, the team is going nowhere without good coaching, good systems and good depth.
Once Wayne Gtezky left Edmonton, he only made the finals once. This included a few years with Ranger teams tha looked stacked on paper.
But I thought Wayne Gretzky was a one man team that played with jokers on his wing and stuff? I mean the Oilers couldn't even win a cup without him, oh wait, they did, those crappy players that Wayne had in his shadows, won without him.
My goodness, the huge manatee.
The list of overrated players by people here (they were/are good in their own right)...
1. Wayne Gretzky
2. Erik Karlsson
3. Pavel Datsyuk
4. Alex Pietrangelo
