good news though!

we get to play at home where we've been outscored 17-2 in our last 4 games! including a 2-game scoring drought

We're used to this. Just look at last game. A non-penalty turns into a 5 minute major.

I said he sucked.. honestly, he let in a couple softies.. but sure, go ahead with your "I PLAY GOALIE I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT" rant if it makes you feel good.
Wow.

Its time for me to take a break from this place.

Well hopefully the D will keep all shots to the other teams zone then dubnyk will be served by his D properly....
Man, was this hard to read.
Tl;dr:
Goalies have to save unstoppable shots.

Gotcha.

Just from reading this, and this is in the nicest way possible, you didn't understand hockey tonight.

Did half of you not watch the game? I'm asking seriously here. Dubnyk bailed us out way more than he had to tonight. I'll give him a pass on one bad goal (Keith) as he negated at least 4 or 5 sure things.
He played on good period jesus... The second period was outstanding the third was still 3 goals on 12 shots .... and he should not be letting in bad goals .....

Its funny how Yakupov is held to one standard while the likes of Sam ****ing Gagner and Eberle are held to another. Yes, he sucks in his own zone. So does everyone else. Eakins clearly identified the Russian kid as the one he would make an example of. Like everything else he has tried its been a total failure.

They could just replay one post-game comments and it will apply for all of them.

Lets keep it civil. Don't make it personal. I know it's frustrating, but lets not rip each others heads off.

On the good news mark, Perron is a keeper. Good player.

Guess you missed my point entirely i do realize goals are gonna go in I am just not a fan of giving a guy a pass because he had to face some good opportunities. Its gonna happen on any team a goalie plays for. If he lets in 4-5 goals a game there is a problem. Not to mention i did not say anything about unstoppable shots i believe i directly pointed at the shots from the blue line/ all the softies he lets in night in night out.

Maybe Eakins is just an AHL level coach. Guy obviously doesn't recognize the deficiencies in the defensive zone play cause it's the same thing game in and game out.
