HOLY ****! I am deaf

I just expect a "yah" out of Stepan all the time, so I heard it quickly first and went ahead and figured. Ugh.

Blaming this on the self-diagnosed tinnitus that is riddling my brain all day.

Not a snowball's chance in hell.

I take that back. The snowball would probably last longer in hell than boyle could keep up.

Not editing, even though I couldn't be more wrong. I have no shame.

Haha fail.

Can't wait to say "Richie you should know better" when he takes a penalty.

It kind of makes sense to have Nash with Boyle and Hags from a managed minutes perspective. AV has already said that he is going to keep Nash on a limit of about 15 minutes. That really gives him two options--put Nash on a line that would usually only get about 10-12 even strength minutes (you figure the rest of his toi will come on the power play), or put him on a top 6 scoring line. In the latter scenario, he would either have to mix up lines when Nash gets to his minute limit, or just ignore that limit. I think he's just putting Nash with a lower line (relative to ev toi) so the other scoring lines don't have to be mixed up/chaotic in the 3rd period.

This actually influenced me about my opinion on that line alot. Also, now that I'm thinking about it I remember Nash and Hags having pretty good chemistry last year too.

Nash would probably have good chemistry with the dude in the ticketbooth if he put on skates. He's a good hockeyplayer

Nash and Hags were better than Nash and Stepan, really it was Hagelins speed that made that line as effective as it was. He backed defenders off and beat the other team to pucks.

Not a big advocate for spreading the talent throughout the lineup especially considering our trouble scoring lately. Given the way AV likes to use his players and utilize zone starts though it may actually be beneficial to an extent.
