Nope. Didn't make the trip to Montreal. He's still out for a bit.

Renaud Lavoie said on Twitter earlier that he is still hurt and did not even make the trip.

So Lefebvre's saying that Andrigetto was playing with a nagging injury and that's why they made him play on another line in his last game. It's an upper body injury, no timeline.

Didn't watch the game but Ellis being on the ice in the final minute is a good sign the coaching staff are willing to give him a second chance.

Did you hear guys at the guys like Tinordi Beaulieu being interviewed by the tva sport journalist after the game? It was hilarous, they were basically all saying Hamilton is the last place you want to play.. So, hopefully its so bad that it will accelerate their development big time..

I'm not offended by Hamilton jokes but I just think they're way off.

Hamiltonian for near 30 years, now living in Kelowna and if it was in my control I'd be on the next plane out of here. Such a boring awful town.

Hamilton at least has a music scene (quite a good and diverse one too). Kelowna doesn't have anything. It's a destination town because of the weather in the summer and a few mountains. Who ********## cares? I also have to pay for health care too?!?! BC is the worst. Western Canada is just so awful to me.

Yeah, I don't get the Hamilton "hate". I like the place, a lot actually. Nice neighbourhoods (all those one ways though!!), McMaster, etc etc, and I like its slightly "rough" edge.

Athletes should be careful about what they say about the area they are playing, no point "dissing" the city/town their fans are from....

I've lived in many provinces / towns / countries and they all have their plusses. I have never appreciated people that comlain about where they find themselves, juvenile

Anyway maybe its only the impression they somehow gave without meaning it, they obviously would prefer to be at the big club than in the minors living in a hotel etc
Nothing wrong with Hamilton, I can think of worse places!!! (Regina? but then even it has redeeming qualities)

Ellis has looked better of late which is good to see. Getting Nygren and Dietz back should be interesting, as Dietz has only played in 4 games this season so I wonder how they will handle him.

Another good game from Tokarski, he might be the mvp of the team to date imo, very impressed with how he's played this season other then 1 or 2 shaky games.

Blunden and Dumont were working well together all night. I also liked the effort from the 4th line of Quailer MacAulay Nattinen.

You can't do worse then last place, but yes they are a better team. The main concern last year was the lack of offense especially a dreadful PP as they were dead last in goals and PP goals, scoring around 2 goals per game. This year so far scoring is up and the PP has looked better at times. They have been getting very good goaltending from Tokarski and now that Tinordi/Beaulieu/Pateryn are all back, they should have a very solid top 4 once Nygren is healthy. But the concern will continue to be goal scoring as they currently have 48 goals in 18 games so a little over 2.5 a game which means they could have a number of tight games but should provide a good learning experience especially for the top 4 who all are of interest to the future of the Habs blueline.

At some point they are likely going to need to get more goals from the rest of the team, as only 4 players have more then 3 goals (Andrighetto/Tarnasky 7, Leblanc 6, Blunden 5). Hopefully once Thomas shakes the rust off and Holland returns from injury along with Andrighetto they offense should get a boost as injuries and call ups have certainly wrecked havoc at times as the Dogs haven't had a fully healthy lineup so it will be interesting to see how things go once they hopefully are 100% healthy.

I have high hopes for Christian Thomas, great speed, great shot. He got hurt early in camp and was never able to stick out. He needs another half dozen games I think to regain game shape. He has decent upside and genetics. I see him replacing Gionta next season.

I personnally see Bournival taking his spot and Leblanc getting Bournival's spot. There's no way Thomas will replace Gio on Plekanec's line. ( at least for next year )

Paquette was drafted as an 18 year old, no way the Habs could have signed him.

You probably mean Danick Gauthier, who was playing for the Sea Dogs.

Yeah... I mixed them all the freakin time. But I wanted Paquette a whole lot. Not knowing Vail that much, I would have taken Paquette for sure. I knew Paquette more than Gauthier as he was playing for my Junior team...(well, my as in...my hometown Junior team....)
