Does he have is place this year in the roster ?
I heard that he have a good camp
Is he a favorite for top 2 line duty ??

looks that way. andy hilbert's injury really opened the door for ivan. and if huml will ever make it in the NHL, it will be as a top 2 line player, b/c offense is his only strong suit. if he plays regularly, 20 goals isn't out of the question (but 15 is my guess).

They tried to force him last year and almost pulled it off. Look to see him find his way come mid-season

They should have kept him up last year. He had better numbers than McInnes and did it in half number of games yet it is McUseless that was on the second line while Huml gets demoted.


BTW, we should pool some money together and buy Ivan another vowel to put in his last name.

He should make the team..He has had a good camp this year, and knows what it takes to stick in the NHL now after last season...One thing that Huml has against him is his shot though...He can do the rest very well..but he has trouble one timing the puck...

I thought he played a lackluster, directionless game tonight. On a line with Thornton and Murray, of all people. But I've only seen one game that he has played.
