If no one would trade for him at his qualified salary, that leads me to believe that most teams think he can be had cheaper in the new NHL. Why should we over pay him? If he doesn't get what he wants there is always the chance that he would come back and sign for a lower price.

While I don't want to see him go, those things happen in sports. Good luck Miro, may you score 100 this year, just not any against the Sabres.
