Yeah, **** Parros.
Then all that happens and these fans go back to whining about why the team gets embarrassed and beat down all over again. Made even worse knowing we have a guy who can help.

Parros plays, and I guess by the looks of it Briere will sit. Bourque can sit too really, I want Moen, White and Prust in as well.

No shot in OT could happen, as its only 5 mins. Could be on the PK twice, etc... No shots in 5 mins 4 on 4 is bad considering the space on the ice.

No shot in OT combined to no shot in the 3rd while losing a 4-1 lead is rather hilarious.

Shades of that collapse vs the Bruins in the playoffs last year?

Thats not a knock on Bournival, thats just based on the players styles Moen and Bournival are.
Kinda see where you're coming from, but Bourni has been one of our best players lately. Tough choice for sure. I do agree that I want Parros in against the Leaves tho.

Well, DD's line was -1 tonight.....okay they put up 2 points in powerplay, but they had 4:55 on the powerplay. The other forwards? Not even a minute.

Of course they looked good in the end.
But you have to see what's going here.

Althought it's working for now....DD's line is getting everything offensively.
But they other line are getting little to none.
That's why we see Prust with Galchy and Eller. They're used as a secondary 2-way line that need to play well defensively...and that's why Galchy is back at paying 13ish minutes and having some problem.

But that's the thing....some players can help the team without being sheltered....others, well, they only prove to be effective in a sheltered way.

I personally think Galchenyuk need to be more sheltered at his age, but Therrien got no other choice to give that ice time to Pacioretty and DD cause they can't do s**t without it.

So putting Bournival with Eller and Galchy would downgrade their defensive capabilities.

I think it might be Briere sitting.

DD scores a goal, we win the game and you are *****ing about DD still?

Wait until we lose a game and DD has all zeros and then unload on him. I know you are ready.

Be happy man. We won the game and DD is starting to produce. Be a HABS fan.

I dont have TVAS and wont be getting it. I saw a few minutes from le match while being on friends a few times and thought it was so bad. How did Morrissette won that award a couple years ago? When he replaced Villeneuve, he couldnt even read his prompter correctly, had no clue when to go to the commercials, it was sad. He would also ask the guys around him to stop talking when he was getting spoke to in his ear.

AC has to get rid of several tools and try to act like a real sports channel. Bergie? Seriously. Is he still crying about Moen this year? I was told thats all he did last year.

I havent watched RDS in ages (dont recall the last time). I dont have either channels (even tho french's my mother tongue and I live in QC) and dont feel like I'm missing anything.

Normally I would agree, except Moen is playing great at the moment and Bournival is still the team's rookie. So he should sit if everyone else is 100%.

You shop him and you shop him now. Let the bidding begin!

Markov could probably fetch a kings ransom right now
Even if I understand your point of view, Markov is way too important for this team... also he owns a NTC...

Where's Mr. Hab to talk about Markov ?

I don't know if this has been posted it or not, but Montreal and Boston are tied with 52 goals against in 25 games to lead the NHL.

Eller looked great with that pass to Markov. Wish they would give him Bournival.

Bournival is better on D than Briere. Briere needs to sit against the rugged team.

The other option is sitting Brière and putting Bournival with Plek and Gio for that game while you got Parros/White/Moen on the 4th line.

YES.
This needs to happen. Even though Gallagher scored today, he hasn't looked the same lately (read: since he's with dynamic duo DD-Patches). Either put him back with Eller-Chuck OR give'em Bourni!

Parros has to be in the line up against the Leafs.

I expect Buffalo to beat them on Friday and they'll be coming into Montreal to goon it up.

Sit Briere for Parros. Put Bournival with Gionta & Plekanec.

It's a choice between experience and speed then?

I'm not sure if Briere's play is what is keeping his ice time in the low end. It might have something to do with managing the amount of games he can last until the playoffs. Then again, he would need to be the logical choice for sitting 1 game if that was the case.

I can see where you're coming from but I think the DD line should be left alone for now and MT should focus on developing production from the other guys.

Also I don't follow how a line with both Eller (a solid defensive C) and Bournival (fast, hard working 2way guy) would be a downgrade. I mean, Prust is good at defending but Bournival has shown he is a NHLer (and one with way more offensive ability than Prusty)

he could pass lapointe if we sign him for 3+ years, would be tough tho
he'd have to be averaging around 50 points a season

Lol Detroit put up 6 against Boston. Guess that makes the Habs the best defensive team in the East??

Bournival with Gio and Plekanec.

Briere out.

Parros with Moen and White.
