Prust vs. Janssen

I don't have the fight video, but Prust connected with a nice uppercut...

Nice chin, Cam.

Prust is a smart guy. Did his best work while keeping Janssen close. Janssen always locks guys out with the stiff-arm and throws over-hands. That won't work in-close. Janssen was effective when he was able to lock Prust out.

Funny such a short/small guy (for a fighter anyway) would use that strategy. But it's been Janssen's m-o always.

Remarkable that he stayed standing and balanced after that. Most people's knees would buckle.

I didn't even get hit and my knees buckled.

Good thing I was sitting on the couch.

Was listening to the radio and Chris Nilan was saying he spoke to Prust during the offseason and advised him to throw more uppercuts.

He's been doing that a lot more, this year.

Prust with the win.

Janssen has been terrible the last couple of seasons. It's a little surprising he's still in the league.
