that is true. on a personal note i'd love to see a court case involving because that would mean every paper that ever quoted anyone {and gave credit} would be open to a lawsuit.

Websites are doing it to cover their assets but i'd love to see it in a court case because it would be a landmark decision.

Owen Sound Attack General Manager Michael Futa has announced that the Owen Sound Attack will wear #14 on their helmets until further notice in support of former Owen Sound Plater captain Dan Snyder.

Futa says “The best that we can do for Dan right now is support him in his current battle, the same as we supported him when he played in the city.”

Snyder wore #14 when he played for the Platers from 1995 – 1999. One way that our whole organization can let Dan know that our thoughts and prayers are of and for him as he battles through this terrible injury he has suffered. Read below.

Radio guys have confirmed that Heatley's knee is fubar. Torn ACL and MCL. Sidelined indefinitely.

They also read a release from Snyder's family that indicated his condition is improving every day. Not nearly fast enough for me though.

Sorry to hear for Atlanta. Its tough to see any players involved in stuff like this, but its really tough to see it happen to very promising youngster in Heatley

I've been very vocal about my feelings but i am just heartbroken by this news. My condolences to the Snyder family.
