Youre forgetting that we drafted "The Hog" with the pick we got in the trade.

Now do you feel better??

Or a Conacher/Bishop square off at center ice? That'd be some good hockey right there.

What a DISGUSTING thing to say He's a role model for some for the adversity he has faced in his life (very poor taste).

Ya I'm sure this game will decide who the better goalie is

I agree. Conacher deserves better than this.

There is a lot of young talent on that team from the Norfolk Calder cup team. I am a bit worried about there speed with our sluggish defense. I'm sure that's why Weir is in for Gryba.

And that's Conacher's problem?

If half the team showed Cony's level of heart we wouldn't be where we are right now - plain and simple. Players are not responsible for the decisions of our front office. Cory Conacher didn't trade Ben Bishop for himself and a 4th - Bryan Murray did. All Cony can do is come in and play to the best of his ability, which he has. Try and argue it.

Yep, agreed. Could never criticize Cory for a lack of effort because he hustles more than anyone on this team. He's rewarded by drawing penalties very frequently. If Ottawa had a better power play, maybe he'd be commended a little more for it. I think if the rest of the team could match Cory's intensity level, the team wouldn't be on the outside looking in. Tough to say though. Here's hoping he scores a goal or two tonight.

It's Cony's fault he's not a good player; when he stops being a deficit to the team you might have a point.

a). thats horse**** right there
b). Even if - it's the Sens fault in the end. They made the deal, they live with it.

Honestly a great deal of this fanbase doesn't deserve the great talent we are blessed with here.

Edit: "Deficit?" lol Look at our team bud.

Like it's Conacher's fault this team sucks? This team has way bigger problems than a tweener under-producing, like come on.
