lockout and 2005 draft order

If there is no season in 2004/2005, how would that effect the draft order for 2005? Would they approach it using the results of the 2003/2004 draft, but with a new lottery for the top picks? This would mean teams who fair poorly this year might really hit the jackpot. Or perhaps they'll just do a straight up lottery with every team being equal? I think we'd all like to see it based on the results of a 2004/2005 season (even if it's a shortend one), but just in case, does anyone have a clue?

I'd imagine they'd take the 03/04 draft lottery order and re-draw and then keep the other 16 where they are.

I say they throw in every team completely random and choose. No lottery in the sense that other teams are weighted more. Every team should get an equal chance at the no. 1 pick as no team played the year.

If this situation comes true, I would like a total draft lottery but not at equal chances for all teams. They could take the last year results and give a % for every team form the higher (last team) to the lower (best team).

Not going to happen anyways...
