stonedkoala, you can listen to the game on cjad.com. I've been following Brisebois' posts after the game was boring me, otherwise I could let you know some of the lines. Stevenson seems to have played a good game up until the time I turned the radio off.

Bombardir
Kuba

Schultz

Anyone have a line up for the Wild, like who they are pairing who and who up with?

No problem man.

Period over.

OK, lets construct a minnesota lineup. AK-47 get ready to edit the first post again.

Does anyone know the defensive pairings?

Kuba - Schultz is one I believe.

I dont know if its worth it for stonedkoala to get the surfer network... its only got about 10 radio stations in the montreal-toronto-ottawa area, and he'd have to download it for the one-three game every season.

For Canadiens fans though, it's definitely worth it.

Sheesh, we need to catch up.

Of course it's worth it. He gets to listen to the man with the accent talk about steak, and than ofcourse there's the Dagwood's song. It's even better when Murray Wilson sings along.

OK, I'm posting all the offensemen on the Minnesota roster tonight.

Park-Hendrickson-Dowd
Stevenson-Veilleux-Foy
Laaksonen-Chouinard-Bouchard
Daigle-Brandner-

Note that these arent the lines... I'm just posting the names that were mentioned far... we're missing one forward.

Now let's figure out who's with who.

I think I got the first line right.

Zholtok is the other Wild Forward. Seems to have played well, too.

lol... unfortunately they get waayyy too side-tracked.

Whatever happened to those HOG Hardware commercials?

"We've got HOG hardware sponsor... canadiens hockey,
We've got 2 brand new locations to do your shopping..."

3'rd period starts.

Theo with a nice save on Veilleux... he always plays well against montreal... Audette with a big shot, off the stick of Schultz and into the crowd.

Ummm not to be nickpicky but that first line looks horrible! LOL

But here are some mistakes:

Bouchard plays center, not wing. He can but I think Wild have stated they want him down the middle.

Veilleux and Brandner also don't play center.

Zholtok is the missing center

What will Bouchard do this season? will he rack up some points?

Oh, good call.

Daigle-Chouinard-Veilleux is another line. Probably the third line.

He plays like a veteran.

He has an offensive upside that hasn't been tapped.

He's going to be a very solid top 4 defensemen but doesn't do anything really flash. Just a stable player.

I can't really say anything else but he was getting some good time in last year.

I like him.

20-10 the shot for the wild. I don't like that even if it's preseason.

Bouchard is going to take over for Ronning. He will rack up some points if Foy decides to stick on his line.

Foy + Bouchard= Foy + Locke

Personally I'm a little surprised that Minnesota is outshooting their opponents. Last year we got slaughtered in that department.

Brandner shoots and Theo with the save, and then he covers the puck. Traverse shoots, pad save. Hossa from the slot, just missed. Zholtok clears the puck on his knees. Canadiens putting the pressure on. Now it's the Pleks-Perez-Bulis line. Souray cross-checked Bouchard into the boards, and Stevenson went after Souray, but wont get penalized, just some pushing and shoving. The cross-check was another sign of his frustration. Boy is he having a bad night.

Penalty to Souray is over. BIG hit on Souray from Jason Marshall.

Shots 3-2 Habs in the 3rd so far.

Do you have a guy like Hendrickson who falls on his ass every shift he takes?
