Gionta's Accuracy

1/10 shots actually hit the net. I'm tired of him ruining 2on1 and 3on1 chances.

That's just funny at this point... I hope he feels terrible. I know that's a bit harsh, sorry.

It's terrible. I especially despise his slappers from the blue line, which always seem to miss the net.

Can't believe someone with that much experience couldn't be AT least a little bit more creative. That's ****ing terrible.

Gionta's a nice guy but I hope he's gone after this year.

Give him a break, he's old. Your sight goes after a while.

Didn't he tear his biceps twice since being with the team? Maybe that has something to do with it? I don't know, but yeah, it's bad.

Loved Saku x1000000000000 over this guy. Yo Gio, I'm really happy for your career as a Habs player, Imma let you finish your contract, but Saku was one of the best captains of all time.

Two different plays tonight stood out to me tonight

We were in the Sabres zone just setting in and Gio gets the puck, slaps it and misses the net which then slides all the way out of the zone which leads to Sabres attacking.

Then there was the 3 man rush we had, he gets a perfect pass and slap-misses the net

His missed shots percentage is high. But its nowhere close to Rene Bourque who's right up there with the worst in the league.

And we've been playing our best playmaker with both these guys... Think about it.

Man. So many irrational reactions against Gionta in this thread. "Most hated player in the NHL"?! Really?!

and he is waaaaay better than gionta now. I saw him live 2 weeks ago and he was the best player on the ice. So smart.

More than Clarkson? Ference? Cooke?

Dude. Just take a deep breath, and re-evaluate how you watch hockey. You need a break.
