It is so hard to judge forwards in Murray's system. The same exact things that are making Cal Heeter look like a super-goalie are restraining the potential points that a Straka or Cousins are going to score. I am certain it is making them more responsible players, but it's also impossible to assess how they'd play in a more moderate system.
Thats a veteran heavy team, so im not sure how many scoring chances Straka or Cousins are getting on their lines. Even though they both have offensive pedigree Murray might be relying on the vets more for top line scoring. Basically the entire team has more AHL experience or are older.
Getting taken off on a stretcher right now, he looked fine, didn't look it to much pain from his facial expressions. I'm not sure which part of the leg it was, trainer was holding a towel around his ankle, but I think it was the calf area that got cut.
