Help on T. Fleury, please

I´ve completely forgotten what Theo Fleury´s status is - could someone please help me out?
Is he still under contact? Is he suspended by the League and/or the Black Hawks? If he has a contract does anyone know for how many more years?
I see he was not protected on waivers. Think he´ll ever play in the NHL again?
Thanks.

I honestly hopes he does play again. I personally like Fluery a lot. I think he is still suspended but I don't know how long exactly.

Unfortunately, yes. For $4.5M this season.

He is suspended by the NHL. He can ask for re-instatement in mid-October. Blackhawks is just one word, by the way.

Probably, but not for Chicago.
