Mike Smith is an excellent veteran goalie.... the Jackets are not going to beat him with weak shots...

Get into the paint on this PP Jackets...

Decline them, just embarrassing. There is no reason to be that bad on the PP

Murray barely touched him at all with his stick there. He whiffed on the first few hook attempts.

They chose a different route - almost give up a shorty and take a penalty to even things out!

I'll take weak shots at this point.

If Jack Johnson could hit the net, I would be so happy.

That would have made it 2-0, with Dubi's wide open missed net.

0-0 on the road in the first is not bad.... Horton coming back has impacted chemistry.... That's the good; the bad, the CBJ looked like crap in that first period.

Dubinsky is even worse and has missed worse with better chances.

Davidge said that the Jackets practiced the pp against no one, then against the pk'ers. Said they looked good.

I'm thinking the only thing worse than the pp is the pk.

That may have been the last time we have had to endure through that god-awful Lexus ad! The offer ends tonight.

EDIT: And just 4 days and those stupid Toyota ads are over too.

Win or lose tonight having Horton in the lineup is a good thing... it will take him several games to get into the game... when he calls out team mates for bad play, or cheering them for good play we will know he's back...

The fact that they practice against each other doesn't help.

I was thinking the other day that maybe the reason our PK is getting burned so often on down low passing plays is because our powerplay never tries that stuff, it just looks for the point shot.
