Mike Williams got what, $8M per? Hartline and Tate were both close to $6.5M per. Decker at $7.3M with a fair guarantee is a great move for a team desperate to upgrade the WR position. Sign another guy like James Jones or LaFell, then draft Ebron in the first round and someone like Allen Robinson or Martavis Bryant after that. Or go WR in the first if Ebron is off the board, and TE in round two with Niklas or Seferian-Jenkins if he's around. That would be a hugely upgraded offense.

Sproles getting traded to Philly. That sucks, he's going to be amazing in Kelly's offense.

Beason contract is beyond terrible. A run stuffing MLB who can't cover anything.

Reese wanted to get younger & faster on defense. This is the exact opposite.

The speed on that team is gonna be agonizing. If Foles can keep his play up they are gonna be a nightmare.

haha that's a little ****** up. Just a little. He gets injured and he still gets his 12 mil to stay home so it's actually something I'd prefer.

Still hate giving up Revis based solely on the contract he got. The Jets could have cut him this offseason if they wanted to as well. In the end it worked out best. They could have easily signed him this off season if they wanted and can do so next off season too yet they still got the picks. I wonder if they would have drafted Milner or Richardson at 9 if they had kept Revis.

Despite hating that one move I don't think I've spoken ill about idzik at all i really like the job he's doing.

Both G spots are an issue though and I'm a little worried about RT.

Giacomini graded out favorably against Austin Howard. Granted he played on a better line with a better RB, but he's still a solid player. I'm not sold on Howard long term. He's inconsistent. Too inconsistent for $30M, anyway.

I stand corrected.
I was under the accurate impression they had a number of heavy contracts and had to move some.
I thought as long as a shake up might be in order (as opposed to just a couple of releases), there might be a move.

Jets now have lots of cap, some assets, thought it was a definite.... maybe

Kiper mock draft has Mack going #1 to the Texans. So conflicted.

Pumped out of my mind that a UB Bull can go #1.

Absolutely distraught that he won't fall to the Giants.

Also sounds like Giacomini is a passionate guy on the field that mixes it up with defenders, something we'll be missing if Colon isn't brought back. As long as he keeps those personal foul penalties down (something he improved on last year), I love having that in an offensive lineman.

What did Revis do? He went to the highest bidder. Exactly what he said he would do.

Cowboys are likely done moving players.

Most guys are all about the money, they just don't say it. Revis is pretty open about it. I don't fault him for that.

After giving the Giants a chance to improve their offer, DE Justin Tuck is accepting a two-year, $11 million deal with the Oakland Raiders.
Tuck's gone, who replaces him?

Moore and a healthy JPP (not that that's a guarantee).

Oh, and, unfortunately, Kiwi.

I'm not sure how much there really is to replace at this point. Reputation and name exceeded the player the last few years, IMO.

Tuck had a solid year last season but he's been terrible for few years before that.

Ever since the story of Coughlin having to tell him to stop pouting I've been convinced he's a head case. He gets nicked up & can't play. Funny how that didn't happen in his contract year.

Giants gonna draft Easley at #12 lol

He had a solid 3 or 4 games.

Sad to see Tuck go, but good for him to earn one more payday a year after I thought the Giants made a mistake by bringing him back.

Is Ojomo under contract with the Titans right now? Or a FA?

He always looked like he had game in preseason with the Giants.

Very fair. They never gave him a legit shot during the regular season though. Too much logjam in front of him. Now, not so much. He knows the system, so why not bring him back and let him try again if he's an FA?

I've heard that he wasn't even very good in practice. There's a reason he wasn't seeing the field except against scrubs.
