Teams Protected Lists?

Do any websites have the teams protected lists out yet? They were supposed to be submitted by 4 PM today I believe....I think it would be interesting to see what teams left who unprotected..

Any news is appriciated.

I believe they will be released to the public sometime tomorrow.

True. The lists are being verified as I type this, and should be made public tomorrow at noon E.T

Today's fishwrap reports a few very useful players will be exposed by the Panthers.

Jaroslav Bednar ($500,000) has been on fire thruout camp and should be good for at least 30-40 points to his lucky new owner. (I hate losing him)

Ivan Novoseltsev ($877,000) this speedy winger never lived up to his strong jr numbers. Gets plenty of chances but hasn't developed into the finisher he'd promised to become.

Pavel Trnka ($1,000,000) maybe a bit pricey for a 3rd pairing guy but was pretty solid last season. Plays with the kind of snarl that makes him appreciated by fans and teammates.

The list are release at noon today. The team must have freeze their list yesterday at 2PM. No change after that.

It's not necessarily 12:00PM. NHL.COM lists the time as being To Be Determined.

wow, I would NOT be surprised to see the Preds pick up Trnka, for 1 million. Poile has made it clear he wants a backup goalie or a third pairing d-man...or both. I could see him fitting our needs pretty well.

Please do! The Panthers have too many d'men, and I would rather a younger guy take a spot over Trnka.

that's an interesting possiblity that I hadn't even considered, but the big rumor is Poile is waiting to see if phoenix exposes bierk or boucher. if it's bierk...we'll grab him. some other possibilities i've heard have been trevor kidd or kiprusoff\toskala. but...it all depends on who is available.

When the heck are these lists going to be released. It's already 2:30pm(ET). Will be interesting to see who's available.
