Next season or 16 more games and he's no longer waiver exempt.

What is New Jersey doing to the kid? Bouncing between NHL and AHL. Screwed his development nicely. No longer the "steal of the draft" I presume.
It's a conditioning stint.

Haha they finally standing up to him? Either bust your ass and play forward or gtfo. Guy is a train wreck on D. They should trade him if he doesn't like it.

In other news Z. Boychuck scored. Didn't even know he was still in the nhl.

I knew the Avs were injury lucky, glad to see us at 29th. I'd love to see Lake Erie man games lost.
Larsson was drafted from the Sweden league so he is able to by pass the 20 year old limit which is the standard from the CHL if that is what you're asking.

Don't think Forsberg deserved to win the WJC, definitely would have picked Reway over him IMO.

No, more how they could send him down but he's still on ELC so he doesn't have to pass through waivers is more my thinking. Don't think it's a conditioning stint.

We'll see how long they leave him down there. I'm curious on what "when the time is right" ends up being.

New Jersey WINS!!! WOHOO!

Okay, Minnesota - Phoenix. Please no 3 point game! I think I'm cheering for Minnesota. Without Koivu they shouldn't be too much of a threat next few weeks.

Yeah, big game from Schneider! Finally Canucks did something good for us. Huge mistake trading Schneider.

Dallas actually scored 3,5 seconds before the end, but net was off.. Huhu.

Not sure how you can justify giving the MVP to a guy who's team finished 8th. Teräväinen on the other hand was the leading scorer and his team won gold. Where wouldve Finland finished without him?

He has been great recently, so it should be no time.

Poor corey has to pitch a shutout to get a W.

Just saw Liles' goal against the Leafs, good for him.

Leafs got crushed again and have 4 regulation wins in their last 30 games.

Why would you cheer for Minnesota? The only way we'd care about Phoenix is if the Wild pass us. We really need to take a place in our division. I'm not writing them off at all.

Awesome job New Jersey. How do they do it? Just suffocate other teams?

I meant that Teravainen should have been the frontrunner no doubt about that, Reway should have finished in the top 2-3 in voting and finish above Forsberg IMO.

Hmmp damn, you're right. Basically we only care about Dallas and Minnesota, so Phoenix better win.. As long as Minnesota is behind us, It doesn't matter what happens.

How did Kessel get the contract he did? His ghost act is something else.

Yep. Dallas and Minnesota losing is primary, then Vancouver and Phoenix. Then it's pretty much which team in the west you dislike or want to pass the most. Personally I like having more points than LA even if it doesn't last.

Phoenix will always tie it up. Always. I haven't counted but I swear they must have the most comebacks in the NHL.
