Same.

And as advertised his passing has been really good. And even with the heads up I'm surprised by it. Between his passing and his willingness to do work, he really helps out his linemates.

I'd rather see an Elias/Jagr line somehow. The current Jagr line has really dried up. That could get him going again.
What else is he going to do? Can't break up the top two lines right now. The only thing he could do is put Elias at center and play him with Boucher and Bernier/Brunner. But Boucher's in never-never land where kids never grow up so he won't get off the fourth line.

Pretty much exactly. Hands are tied. We finally got two lines with chemistry and are clicking. You try and build a third around Brunner and Elias and what's left over.

Hes silenced the haters that's for sure. Guy does so many things that don't show up on the scoresheet along with racking up the points lately. He fits in perfectly in Deboer's system. If he was healthy to start the year, he would have put up 45-55 points this season.

It'll be more interesting to see what they do with the defense since they obviously can't roll seven D when Elias gets back (and they can't keep Larsson down forever waiting for someone to get hurt or Lou to make a move in 2018). Unless they do something ******** like bench Boucher and keep on going with the 11-7 split.

Still despite both those, and the early season concussion, all 3 of my concerns proving to be legit, he looks real good right now. Pretty interesting really.

Do the Devils have the best goaltending combo in the NHL? Since the Christmas break (besides the 2nd CHI game), Marty and Cory have been really really good. The 4 games we've lost there not counting the CHI, where if we actually had an offense that could score goals, we'd be on a long win streak right now. The goaltending has been really for the most part rock solid.

I'd break up the Jagr line at this point. They've went cold. It would jump start Jagr again possibly, though he had a good game tonight.

Also Clowe is better than Clarkson AINEC. If his health wasn't an issue, I would be MUCH happier to have him than Clarkson. Even with his health, I'm still much happier having Clowe.

Even with Marty being inconsistent at times, I still think it's possibly the best tandem in the league. Seriously **** Bernier and Reimer.

It depends how you define tandem...the Kings have been rolling out THREE goalies playing at a high level. Luongo and Eddie Lack each have save percentages +.920 and Lack's started like 14-15 games because of Lu's recent injury.
