The EK #65 blend is a dark blend of Nicaraguan, Harrar, and Honduran coffees. Flavours: Bittersweet ~ Dark Caramel ~ Stone Fruit. It is a dark balanced blend that takes the best of two roast profiles to deliver a coffee that is sweet, complex and full-flavoured. The cup begins with sweet stone fruit and dark caramel that turns to a long smoky, roasted malt finish.
“I want to thank Bridgehead for agreeing to participate in this fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa,” says Erik Karlsson. “I enjoyed the experience of developing my own blend of coffee, EK #65, with Bridgehead’s Director of coffee Ian Clark and Managing Director Tracey Clark. I am totally impressed with the quality of coffee that Bridgehead provides its customers. I hope everyone will enjoy the EK #65 blend as much as I do, in fact, I would enjoy reading your opinions of it, so tweet me your reviews (@erikkarlsson65) with the hashtag #ek65bridgehead.
I'm proposing a two week moratorium on all Mez-bashing on this forum.
I might be one of the few who never quite understood all of the Mez bashing on here......Folks need to realize the man has dealt with a few pretty bad injuries over the last few years........He is looking much healthier, is hitting and skating more and the talent that Homer and company saw in him is coming through......I am genuinely happy for the guy.
