Ruslan Salei (d) - RFA - would be a decent addition, except for his penchant for getting suspended every other season. He's due this year.

Tomas Holmstrom (w) - $1.368 mil - eh...he's an upgrade on Kolnik, but not our first need.

Steve Konowalchuk (lw) - $1.9 mil - I'd take him for a bit less to replace Hagman. But if that's his contract, I'd sign RFAs first, then see what's left and who's left.
Jason Arnott (c) - RFA - if he can stay healthy, sure, though I'd prefer a top winger to a top center. Olli's good enough if he can get some talent on the wings.
Kim Johnsson (d) - RFA - ehhh...not terribly interested
Colin White (d) - RFA - over Krapo, Kiwi, or Cairnage? You bet. Though it will ruin the name I've just chosen for them: the Three Stooges.
Jamie Langenbrunner (w) - RFA - no, we've already signed enough "experience" players whose best days are behind them.
Is he? I've been hearing his name for so long I thought he'd be at least 32. Lemme check on that.
EDIT: He just turned 30 a couple weeks ago, and, as I suspected, he's in exactly the same mold as Roberts and Nieuwendyk, a 50 point player at his best, only he's not very consistent, based on his record.

Not many, but we're not going to make the playoffs with a guy who scores 65 points, two who may score 50 points if they have enough gas left in the tank, and a guy who may score 50 points if he's having a good year.
Anyway, if we hadn't made all those trades at the deadline in 03-04, we'd likely have had the same number of 50 point players as we could have now.

Don't worry Clint. According to one of Big 106's mornign news articles, there's no beastiality laws in the state of Florida. This came out of something to do with a guy sodomizing his dog up in Tallahasee.

You sure it wasn't to do with the police arresting a couple horse farm owners because they ran the farm for people that wanted to engage in bestiality, and someone died from a ruptured colon? That's been in the news in the past week.
