Yeah it was okay, but Sbisa has more upside and could be used a trading asset so maybe we should atleast try for a game or two to give him a better pairing.

It's not a big deal he can play with Allen I would just like him get a shot to simplify his game just to get a look at how well he can play when all he has to worry about are his strengths.

Also, Parise has already returned, so we've gotten at least some of our big names back.

Basically, we've won some games we should probably have lost because of great goaltending and defense. We played really well vs the Sharks in the last game but lost in OT. We still play that "trap fest" hockey, so don't expect anything too exciting

Anyways, good luck guys.
Thanks for the scouting report

Good luck to you as well.

Oh gawd no. Beach allen we've already seen absolutely is awful . I'd rather have 2 pairings we can rely on and just pray that sbisa allen don't blow.
I still have faith in sbisa. Prove me right please
Sbisa could also take some lessons from the Reverend. They have similar skillsets. Both pretty good skaters and can be physical. If sbisa kept his game as simple as Lovejoy I think he'd be very effective. Including all the icings

Well, for some more bumming out - on my 28th birthday, the Ducks lost to the Stars, 3-6. However, that might not count for an omen, because when that game started, my birthday was already over in the timezone I was in, so that clearly doesn't count, and there's no bad omen to worry about.

According to this,http://ducks.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=702684, it looks like it might be Sbisa-Beauch and Allen-Lindholm. I'm all for it because there is nothing worse than 55-5 IMO.

Ducks didn't play on my 28th birthday. They played 3 days prior and it ended in a tie, then lost the night after. That season they went on to finish with 83 points and last in the division...

If we get some more testimonials like that, our action is clear - we accept no more fans under the age of 28. They would just have a 28th birthday someday and cost us points.

My b-day is the end of September so the only possible game we will lose then is a preseason game. Do I get to stay?

Well, that works. I was thinking of the rule being grandfathered in, anyway. Already existing Ducks fan below the age of 28 are tolerated. Heavily, and I repeat: heavily! frowned upon for their being resulting in losses for the Ducks, but tolerated. Just shutting the door on additional loss-generating fans with their birthdays. Imagine if we continue to do well, our players get better ratings in video games, and the bandwagon starts getting jumped... all the birthdays, all the losses. I could just kidnap Pierre Page the next time he comes to town with his Munich team and send him back over to the Pond.

Or the jinxes could cancel each other out.

Although there is currently an odd number of jinxes.

I was looking for that robot from Craig Ferguson's late late night show saying "how dare you" to reply through video. Couldn't find one of just that. What the hell, youtube?!

Found this, though, and am now happier for it.

Don't confuse us with many Canadiens! In all my conversations about hockey through my life here, I've never heard anyone make such a comment.
