I drink it straight but the lady needs it mixed.
Make a screwdriver with it instead of vodka. Can also make a white russian with it instead of vodka and it would taste pretty wintery with the chocolate/cinammon vibe.

Is there anything in New Jersey besides the Devils you guys think we could enjoy?

The boardwalks? Im also a huuuuge Springsteen fan( its because of him Im a Devils fan )
Like if theres any memorial sites or whatever..

Will problably stay in New York but I wouldnt mind seeing more of N.J than just the Prudential Center!:-)

You knew this storm was going to overproduce last night when the short-range radar basically redlined. This thing is crazy.

Already have 4" in Hunterdon County and the heavy stuff hasnt even started yet, and we were in NWS' 3" - 6" range.

I have a bottle of the Woodford Double Barreled Oak... Definitely like it better neat. Changes completely with the Ice. I told you I stopped at the Distillery on my move south. Was a pretty cool place to see. Figured to go there over some of the larger producers like Beam because of some recommendations. Lije the more intimate smaller producers. Will have to go back up again especially when the races start at Keeneland again.

Have a bottle of the 18yr Glenmorangie and a 1998? Glenrothes (cant tell year, thought i saw '98 on there somewhwere though) that I havent opened yet. figured i'd let them sit for special occasions.
Trying to get into some of the finer things, never been a Bourbon/scotch/whiskey person.

Woke up to 60 degree weather today. Too bad it was raining. bad thing about the weather going up and down is damn sinus infections. Was at urgent care for like 2 hours yesterday just wanting some amoxicillon. annoying...

My impatience is being tested. going from NJ to Illinois was a shock in speed of things, and now from illinois to NC, its worse... Better get used to the laid back tatmosphere.....

I don't know if the trend is happening all over or just a midwest thing but we have clinics at grocery stores and pharmacies now where a nurse practitioner will see you for the price of a normal doctor visit (for co-pay purposes) and give you the same, if not better service as an urgent care without the wait or cost (urgent care fee is $100 compared to a $25 co-pay for Dr. office). It's a first come first serve basis so no priority with the bleeding guy cutting in front of you and the ones I've seen have an online status to show you how long the wait is. Most times if you hit it at off peak times there is no wait.

I tried it for the first time a couple of months back for a sinus infection and I was impressed - a 20 min wait and very thorough questioning by the not so hard to look at nurse who gave me two scripts that were filled by the time I got done paying my co-pay and getting a printout of my visit summary.

Rite-Aid and Krogers both have these popping up all over. I expect the trend to rapidly continue because it's a low cost footprint to setup and operate. Just like the eye-care shops or mini-banks at Walmarts.

Don't understand what's going on with this weather.

Really hating the whole "if the subway is running you have work" policy.

Ouch...that's fine if you live and work in WALKING DISTANCE of a subway but most people don't, certainly not in Jersey lol.

That's kind of why I'm not going to the game tonight, it's not the snow itself that's keeping me indoors since it's supposed to end by tonight, it's the fact the roads from my house to the train station are among the last to be paved. Even if the snow stops by then it'll still be a mess tonight.

Yup. It is the wave of the future. Out of pocket for the small things and only catastrophic insurance for the big things. I've seen some estimates say this can eliminate up to 60% of what insurance companies do in terms of healthcare and be much more cost effect by eliminating mass amounts of administration.

I hear ya. I live maybe 10-15 minutes by car from the train station and then it's the path ride into the city which is another 25 minutes depending on whatever nonsense signal problems. And then it's the walk down to my job which is another 15 minutes unless I'm lucky enough to find a cab in bad weather or brave enough to take the subway and pray I don't get stuck under there for another half hour.

It's also the worst policy in the world because if the courts are closed there's literally nothing I can do. No clients are coming in during a snowstorm. I can't make any progress on any cases because sane offices will be closed as well. So essentially I'm just procrastinating more than usual on this website.

I always thought the policy for every law office should be: "If the courts are closed, you have a free day." I feel like that's more than fair.

Got about that too where I am.

And you can expect 6" to 10" of snow for tomorrow night as well!

Plus, the Sunday night to Monday event is getting pretty exciting. That one is really amped and the models were having a tough time digesting it, but there's finally some agreement today and (((SPOILER ALERT))) it's gonna friggin' snow big time!
