Gonna be one tough series to win. Gotta get to Lundqvist early and often.

not gonna lie, I'm nervous about this series. We have a hard time at MSG. I'm crossing all my appendages that Mason is ok.

Don't like the matchup, but you're going to have them eventually

This team sucks at MSG and Lundqvist always goes to a different level against this team.

On the plus side it's amazing this team is even IN the playoffs after their start. Absolutely awesome.

If the Flyers can get at least 1 win in MSG, I think they can win the series. Rangers defense scares me though.

Easier said then done, it seems like unfortunately.

Edit: They have to win at msg, i know.

Well, only having 3 home games, they're going to have to win 1 in MSG regardless.

Someone (probably Hartnell) should run Lundqvist game 1 sort of like Keith Jones used to do when the Flyers faced Hasek. Not run like attempt to injure, but let him know they're there and they aren't leaving. Flyers have to live in his crease if they're going to have any chance of winning the series.

I guess I'm the only one but I really wanted the Rangers. It's my favorite rivalry and it's been 17 years since the Flyers and Rangers have met in the playoffs. I think it's going to be a great series.

And breathe....

Can't wait for this to start. I think it'll be close, but I'd like to see the Rangers hoodoo put to bed

1-3-1 to stop their Dman from making those passes, make their Dman pinch and miss, 2nd line need to get their **** together defensivly because they roll with 4 lines and no Downie,Grossmann please.

Raffl on the second line balances everything; hopefully everyone's ready to go for game #1.

The Flyers need to take advantage of second chance opportunities. If not, Rangers in 6.

Flyers need to play physical and get the Rangers off their game. They cant get sucked into their defensive system or it will not end well for them. Hopefully the game today pissed them off enough that they come out playing with an edge.

I really did not want the Flyers to draw the Rangers in the first round.

Well, here goes nothing I guess.

i dont really want any matchup out of the teams we had a chance of facing, but at least it isnt the bruins.

but we simply have to find a way to beat the Rags in their own house.. go down 2-0, it could be a very short series.

shame it couldnt have been the Habs.. now that would have been an ideal first round victim..

Good luck! Even though the Rangers and Flyers are big time rivals, I really like the Flyers, their history, and the majority of their players.
