Eller's played on a consistent level similar to Plekanek's since being traded to the habs, because it hasn't worked since late november we need to ask why. Really he was on fire but it was snuffed out but stuffing players on bad streaks and then moving him to the wing then only playing him on defensive situations...

basically, if we have to nit pick everyone and try to use logic we'll all end up looking at the clown at the press conference right now.

subban is playing his worse hockey in 3 years.

he's terrible out there.

not sure who killed it...but it's clear as day: subban and emelin were taught not to take the body at the blue line.

Another genius post...yeah Therrien would be better to turn him into a floater, have him wait for a pass at the blueline...

Winning teams' players play well at both ends...it's part of Galchenyuk's learning process.

It's kind of funny that the few Therrien defenders left hang their hats on all the players progressions last year under him, but they've all regressed considerably this year, including Subban. Chuckie I guess you could say is status quo because we just don't see enough of him.

Oh man, you probably would have been just as pissed as any other sane hab fan.

You name them aside from Budaj and they sucked on a level of bad to I don't think you should be in the NHL.

It's the way he said it. He could have played for Canada I don't care what anyone says. Sure he blew his coverage but Budaj could have saved it.

You should go picket to bring Cunneyworth back...I'm sure he's unemployed...

Anybody who is seriously defending Therrien at this point, please kindly GTFO. What a horrible coach. Playing for the shootout? Give me a break, what a dick head.

Well, there was a lot of yelling during the Olympics by the pro-Subban camp. A lot. If they were as right as they thought they were, Subban wouldn't validate Babcocks decision on his first game back from the Olympics.

Not sure if it's been said, but it would have been nice to see galch and gallagher 3 on 3 instead after the first two pairs couldn't score

I'd say that Galchenyuk isn't improving as much as I would like.. I'd say stagnation rather than progression/regression.

Therrien when he finally gets fired should never be a coach again.

I don't understand this point of view.

We can't wish for the dismissal of Therrien because we once had a worse coach?

Lol Therrien looks clueless. What's the point of having these post game conferences anymore. No one asks the right questions. It's always the same talk.

It was mentioned by someone in the media a little while ago that MB was interested in re-signing Gionta . Not sure if it was on TSN or CBC.

The worst thing about watching the Habs is it's like watching my own hockey team.. Incapable of making a break-out, almost 0 possibility they score and I'm left there thinking, if I let in more than 2, we're ****ed.

If I'm MT I say "We were a 1st place team last year and we're 4-5 points out of 1st this year. I'd say I know wtf I'm doing."
The team is essentially Carey Price this year. Almost every player has regressed this year. Mtl is fighting for last without Price.

Last year, after 35 games they flopped. A half season, well not even half a season means very little.

Any person who watches games knows coaching is part of the problem here
