shaft from broken(blade) stick

Hello guys,

i have a question about quality of shaft from one-piece composite hockey stick (apx2, onepro ngk etc). I think if the quallity of this shaft is good like new shaft from hockey store OR new one-piece stick. My friend have a lot of these new shafts from broken stick (blade). Is good if i only buy a new blade ? Will be good for playing ?

You can re-use the shaft with a separate blade, yes.

U+Pro yes, U+10 you'll have to put it in the handle end.

If I have a broken OPS, how do I know where to cut it (especially if it's tapered)?

In that case, don't use the U+Pro because the hosel is too thin to put in the handle end.

Can you rephrase your second question?

Touch and go. Cut a bit off at a time and hold the hosel over the opening.

If you're going to put it in the handle end, get any blade that's designated as 'Standard' and not 'Tapered'. The U+10 is standard.
