I know, but I prefer him over Downie on third line. Be nice to unleash him if Caps get tuff on Wed.

It's impossible to play with that type of fire all the time.

Payback for Ed Van Impe. Flyers won both games.

Well they did have that comeback win vs Washington where Kimmo tied it up with only a few secs left and then Fedetenko finished it, it was actually a pretty similar game

Vaults the Flyers into 6th place. Washington is like the SJ Sharks of the Eastern conference, they get to the playoffs and choke in the 1st round

Honestly, the media voter-guys just troll each other at this point. We gave Girardi who was a -1 with no pts the 3rd star last night.

Schenn knew exactly what he was doing, and what was going to happen there. Schenn is a crafty *******.

I literally turned the game on, on the last rush. I usually have the opposite kind of timing.

Giroux's stats: 2 goals (one of em the game-tying goal), 1 assist, 5 shots, 4 hits and 67% on the draws. Hell of a game.

Him and Luke are both descended from some crazy German tribe who have a special brain that is immune to concussions.

The puck Luke took in the face last year as well... I thought that was a concussion for sure.

While they only gained 1 point on the Caps in the standings, this was essentially a 3 point swing. They were a minute away from being down 1 point. They walked away up 2 points

I'd be interested in seeing when the collection was submitted. Could be one of those deals when the media rep listed three names when it was 4-2. Oddly, there isn't a designation as to whom made the choices. But, you are right, at this stage the three stars have the substance of cotton candy.
