His $785K just squeezes under the #Blackhawks cap. RT @reporterchris The #coyotes have dealt defenceman David Rundblad to the #blackhawks.

He sucks defensively, hasn't shown much offensively. Isn't a big time shot blocker, isn't overly physical...

This is probably the only trade I wouldn't prefer over a 5th for Weaver. Well and that Luongo deal.

Damn, nice risk/reward for the Hawks.

They lose a 2nd, but have the Panthers 3rd round pick

Wish Rundblad all the best. I'm one of many Yotes fans who have been frustrated by the lack of playing time he received this season. Hopefully he'll get a chance in Chicago - he'll certainly have the opportunity to finally put those puck skills to good use with those Blackhawk forwards. Getting a 2nd in return isn't too shabby either.

Coyotes are going to be kicking themselves for moving this kid instead of Schlemko a year or two from now.

They paid just Turris, Ottawa gave up the 2nd.

Kind of happy this happened because I think this means we officially won the trade.

I think Leafs are scouting Yandle

Wonderful passer / puck handler. Not very fast, but can be physical sometimes. He has been a liability defensively since he's been in the NHl but that may have changed.

He won the SEL MVP before he came to Ottawa and out up the most points for a defenseman ever in the league (I believe)

Could be a #3 powerplay QB IMO.
