Klesla is a UFA to be, why did we have to give them a 3rd for him?!? Ridiculous. Would rather have kept a high 3rd in a deep draft and keep Halak and either re-sign him or let him walk then add to Halak to add Neuvirth an inferior goalie. And Neuvirth is a UFA after next year so this was such a dumb ****ing trade.
Maybe but he's made out of glass. This trade just makes no sense to me. It feels like trading Halak just to trade Halak. The Klesla part is confusing I realize it's for salary purposes but Washington should have potentially been the one tacking on a late pick for us to take him.
