I have digital cable and it has all the sports net channels. The problem is, they always used to black out the games that were on a different channel than the one you would normally have. I live in Nova Scotia, so I could watch all the Senators games on S-Net east, because that's the channel for this region. I could watch any of the other stations all day, but as soon as an NHL game came on, the screen would go black and there would be no sound. Hopefully it'll be different this year, cause it sucks to have to watch a Sens game when you know there's a Leafs game on.

I just have Express-Vu, and I get all the Sportnet channels, which shows every Leaf game. Usually, 3 or 4 games are blacked out, but TSN usually shows them for some reason those days, or the other channel TSN-S. All that for 50 dollars a month. I also have a Direct TV dish which has all the NHL channels and ESPN stuff.

Your brother probably had the NHL Centre Ice package, it doesn't have EVERY GAME but I think there is a bunch. Yep here is the clipping from the Rogers site. I don't know if Rogers is the only provider or not. Its on Digital Cable by the way which is more than basic cable.

NHL® Centre Ice® - $199.95/Season or $26.95/month with the Super Sports Pack
HOCKEY IS BACK! See all the games and match-ups you want with NHL® Centre Ice®, our exclusive package of over 1,100 exciting NHL games with up to 40 out-of-town NHL games per week, plus select games from the first 2 rounds of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Well, then the answer to your question is: Yes, it is true that there is a package that you can get all the Leaf games in. However, I'm not absolutey positive which games would be blacked out for you because you don't live in the Toronto area. I'm actually willing to bet that you can't get a package with every Leaf game.

This is what I am getting this year. I am sick and tired of being only gettin to see Sens games on Sportsnet and then when TSN is carrying the Leafs games out of the Toronto area is forced to watch hockey on the flyy
