I'll venture to guess that this question has probably been asked quite a bit already but I'll ask it again anyway.
What are Miller's chances of becoming the Sabres starter this season? I know that he's progressed nicely in Rochester and he was awesome at MSU, but I'm just wondering if this is his year to finally get up to and possibly stick in the NHL.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
My uneducated guess is Millers chances to finally get the starting job is slim at best. We still have to see what happens once (Regier is on record saying its finally going to happen) one of the Buffalo goalies gets traded.
I'd like to see Miller get a shot at starting with Noronen backing up, perhaps a fairly even workload split between them. However, my money is on Biron getting the starting job, Noronen leaving town, and Miller backing up. As of now it's all up in the air.
