Apparently we worked on the PP for 90 min. I thought that it looked pretty good the last few games but we kept missing the net on chances that we created net to shoot at with the passing. Hopefully it pays off. I think if we go against teams like boston our only hope will to go into a shell 5 on 5 and then let our skill go off on the PP while being good with the PK. We arent there yet to play 5 on 5 with good teams.

James Neal has a concussion. He's out.

I usually hate injuries, but Neal is such s POS 95% of the time. Its hard for me to build up hatred for this one.

Concussions are never good injuries, but yea... this one does not bother me either. Maybe Pittsburgh should of tried to pick up a good winger during the TDL. I just can not see Pittsburgh beating Boston, or any of the top teams out west in a 7 game series.

1pm start after a minibreak? We might end up watching something equivalent to this:

Good, **** em. If you're somebody who goes after people trying to give them concussions you deserve one of your own. I don't feel bad for him at all.

Serves him right. Only drawback to it is we won't get to see Simmonds, Hartnell or Downie potentially punch his ugly ****in face in.

Was he trying to avoid contact with himself?

Call me classless or whatever but really couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Karma sure is sweet.

I'm with you. While I find Crosby and Kunitz to be highly annoying, I wouldn't wish a concussion on either of them. Neal, though, plays with absolutely no regard for his opponent's safety, and he plays the, "Who, me?!" card every time he gets caught. I'd wish a concussion on him.

I don't like the idea of wishing injury upon people as its just bad karma. It's a shame Neal isn't going to have to face Hartnell, Downie and the rest of the gong show. He still hasn't faced justice for his cheap shots in the playoffs.

James Neal wont get punched in the face for that until Simmonds does it on April 28th, 2014. In game 3, round 2 of the playoffs.

What goes around comes around.

They get weaker up front & I don't have worry about that moron taking runs at our players when his feelings get hurt so that's a plus.

His concussion issues + the fact that he has a target around the league = a possible short career.

Pens board is mad we don't care about Neal. Maybe if he wasn't such a cheap-shotting *****-ass we would have some sympathy for him.

Roles reversed they would basically being saying the same thing if it was Hartnell or somebody.

Maybe, but it's not even like Hartnell is a dirty player. He's just a pest. Neal is straight up one of the scummiest players in the league, and I'd be saying this about him whether he played for the Pens or not.

Yeah, I couldn't care less about Pens fans getting their panties in a bunch about Neal. They're the same fans that defended Matt Cooke for several years.

Lol, Pens fans outraged that we have no sympathy for Neal. Maybe if Neal knows what a concussion feels like, he'll play like less of a gigantic ****** now. A Neal concussion is probably healthy for this league.

Neal has actually surpassed Crosby as my most hated Penguin. I respect Crosby to a certain degree.

Crosby, at least, doesn't elbow and knee other players in the head.

No, he just slashes people's wrists, but I get what you're saying. He is the less dirtier of the two.

I have no issues with Sid, and if I'm being totally objective, I would adore Sid if he were a Flyer (you all would, too, don't lie). He plays the game hard, but nothing he ever does is actually dirty. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him despite the fact that I will always hate him for being a Penguin.

Neal, though, I hate him for reasons other than him being a Penguin. No matter what jersey he puts on, I will have absolutely no respect for him.

His slashes and slewfoots are absolutely dirty, and particularly annoying since they usually don't get called by the gutless refs.

In 2012 he lost a faceoff to Giroux and knocked the stick out of G's hands with two heavy slashes right in front of the ref. No call.
