So if Downie is out for a couple games, who thinks they call up a phantom, or just plug in Rosehill?

So on the topic of Downie, if he's out for an extended period of time who do you think replaces him? Obviously Raffl would be the smart choice to move up to the 3rd line but then that would probably mean Rosehill being in...

Idk. Berglund looks like he was trying to subtly interfere with downie there. He obviously knew he was going to hit him and saw that downie wasn't looking his way...

Not saying he meant to hit him in the head, but he totally knew downie was going to run into him.

The first year, the Flyers won the 'West' Division with a record below 0.500. In 1968-69, the Blues won the division as the only team above 0.500. In '69-'70 the Blues won the division again as the only team above 0.500.

Decent period overall. This game could have a lot different for both teams had a couple things changed. Need to get better at even strength though.

I'll go back and watch once the game is put on hockeystreams, but i am quite sure he had open ice and was under no duress when he got it outside the zone right to the oncoming blues defender.

They'd probably call McGinn up or something. Assuming he's out an extended period.

This team is going to miss Downie if he's out long term despite what many think. The strength of the club is the ability to roll four lines. With Downie out, the fourth line is a liability with no Raffl.

I'll check as well. Probably gonna be a few hours after the game ends though. I'm next to positive he hit a Flyer who tried to tip it but he tipped it to a blue.

maybe/should be Mcginn but probably will be Rosehill and we will be back to having a useless 4th line

This this this. The fourth line only gets around 4 minutes together a game. Just bump Raffl up, and shuffle top nine players with Hallnaldo for those 4-6 shifts.

Then flip between Schenn/Gustafsson/Grossmann depending on what the team needs. Would be such a boost for the team to have them all in the lineup.

And that's why they're my pick to win the Cup. Damn, that's one complete hockey club. Winning streak aside, it's good for an organization and fan base to get a true semblance of where they really stand in the league.

Forget Obi-Wan, Peco, you're our only hope.

Won't be McGinn since his defense is below average.

Will likely be Vandevelde, as it was earlier in the season.

We both know it's gonna be Rosehill.
