Maybe when he was hit by Duncan Keith in last year's playoffs?

It just caught me by surprise when I saw his interview earlier, but thanks for the insight MSE!

The Royal Half website is the one who actually creates the previews. As you probably noticed, they focus more on comedy than anything substantial.

I really hope that my fellow Flyer fans in the attendance at the WFC can give Jeff Carter a round of applause in the pre-game. By all means berate him once the puck drops, but showing a little respect never killed anyone.

Every situation is unique but overwhelmingly returning players have been met with cheers and signs of support when that was allowed in the building (the Schultz image is in the OP). The list is lengthy. Briere is a recent example. Remember the situation with Gagne and the writer from the Tampa Bay newspaper who mentioned Santa Claus, and then the result was as expected: positive. And Gagne recognized the fans reaction after that game. Lindros was a controversial figure but even that was tepid comparatively speaking. And we know how he was greeted at the outdoors game. I am not sure if and or even why Carter would be booed but time will tell.

Starting goalies: Emery vs. Quick

Scratches: Gustafsson, Gill, Downie and Rosehill (Greene and Nolan are out for LAK).

Referees: #32 Tom Kowal and #17 Frederick L'Ecuyer

Kimmo's hair inspired the line in Warren Zevon's "Werewolves Of London"

"I saw a werewolf drinking a pina coloda at Trader Vic's, his hair was perfect"

Truth

Glad McGinn is with Coots and Read. I think that's a good fit for everyone on the line.

That really is one of the great all-time lines in music.

Love how often I get Flyers feed this year, glad I got them for this game too.

Keep the roll going boys, no points and. Rags win tonight could make a lot of pressure for Wed game.

Didn't Rinaldo destroy Gaborik the last time we played him? He broke his collarbone right?

Zevon has a few.

Another line of his that was relevant after many an early Flyers game:

"I'm sitting here playing solitaire with my pearl handled deck."

In December, when with Columbus, Gaborik had just returned from injury.

Think your Beefy Boy thoughts and come up with a Kimmo-solitaire line.

Kimmo plays Solitaire....
