They are always on the ice together (except on the PK), so it could be either.

Palat has been on an absolute tear since the new year, I'd go with him personally.

Palat has more upside but Filp is the safe bet for sure. I'd go with Filp but really you can't go wrong as they play on the same line and feed each other. On the PP Filp has the advantage as he plays in Marty's old spot as the setup man and handles the puck quite a bit opposite of Stammer.

Think this game will end up being a very high scoring one.

Ottawa losing 5 in a row, not the best friend of Tampa bay. Stuck with Lehner in net thats just been crumbling as #1 goalie for a while and now Bishop might be out for tonight

Why are we even considering playing Bishop? He is hurt and Lindback played fine last game, this should be a no brainer.

Grave injustice MT @Barlow01: Why do I watch @NBCSN? They just went through their top 4 candidates for the Jack Adams and no Jon Cooper.

Really? He's at least, AT LEAST in the top 3. Let alone 4.

Cooper, Roy, Babcock maybe? Who else? Boudreau?

Maurice, Berube?

It's NBCSN, so they probably said Bylsma. Maybe Claude Julien.

Berube maybe. It's a pretty tight race, really. Cooper got hurt by the slide during the He Who Shall Not Be Named drama.

I could see Berube maybe. But you'd think it'd be between the two coaches who got their teams from picking 1st and 3rd overall to the playoffs. I get it's not supposed to go to most improved team, but that's generally what happens.

It's too hard to overlook Roy coming in and galvanizing the Avs the way he did. It's really more impressive than Coop, with all due respect to him. The Lightning were an underachieving team with leaky parts; the Avs were a team down in the dumps.

Sheesh. Hopefully Gudas has that particular bug worked out of his game by next year. (Or by next shift, optimally)
