He is what he is, a below average NHL player. And I was being nice when I said that. He has zero hockey sense and zero offensive ability.

We complain that the whole team is a bunch of smurfs, but all the youngsters bring good size and use it. Strome is not there yet and will never be a physical specimen, but that's not his role. We are a lot more physical these days, throughout the lineup.

Bailey really looks like a guy who could use a change of scenery to breathe some life back into his game.

And there is some size down on the farm. What ever happened to Joe Finley?

I disagree that he has no hockey sense or offensive ability, in the past he has shown to have those components, going on 15-20 game tears, but than he disappears, I really think its a confidence issue, and it has gotten so severe that he looks like a lost puppy on the ice.

Persson really keeps it simple, he's not afraid to be physical. I like seeing that.

Agreed...but maybe a new coach could help. You really can't get into a situation with less pressure to succeed

Bailey is a Toronto area kid, he should join the Dungeon Crew with JT. You know Johnny would do everything he can to get his friend and teammate going.

I like seeing the kids go to defend Sundstrom there.

Halmo was pissed at that boarding.

Wasn't horrible, but definitely a boarding minor

Devils tired of getting drilled (cleanly) by Islanders so they take a cheap shot. Typical Devils

It was so bad I had to switch broadcasts. He's like a whiny 14 yr old girl

I guess the coaching staff is showcasing Donovan on the #1PP, they really want to see what he's got. CdH should be running the top unit.

He has to be on the first unit pp though. He's our most skilled player aside from JT
