Replace Bourque in the playoffs! Kidding! Hope he plays in Hamilton next year with Hudon, Crisp, Nevins, Ghetto and hoping Bozon !

Monsieur De La Rose is going to be an awesome NHLer, I'm sure

He has that ''Timmins steal'' aura.

Never understood why people get so happy about these signings.. Good for DLR but we're you expecting them not to sign him?
It will be interesting to see if they give Vail a contract though

It seems that this board fell more in love with him over the course of this season. I remember when we drafted him people were happy but there were doubts, mostly about his speed and his offensive game.

Is he past that now? Is he now one of our best prospects?

Do we lose him if we don't sign him this year?

He's certainly progressed this year and seems to have 2nd line upside imo.

He is one of our most NHL-ready prospect. He was pretty solid at the WJC.

He needs to play with men now.

I prefer him playing in the AHL, on an american-sized rink.

He plays 3rd line duty over there.

I want him in a 1st line role on an American ice.

I'm not the most informed on de La Rose. Would someone like Berglund be a good comparable NHL player or am I way off?

No, but if he's ready for AHL, it may be a good thing for him to play there.
