How many Bolts fans trying to tune in from anywhere?
Just imagine what it would be like if we were the most storied franchise instead of the Laffs

Maybe it's the other things that we're too invested in; thus the guilt.

Like work
The way I figure it my two passions hockey and fishing deserve all the time I can give them.

Lots of goals in basically every first games of every series, in an otherwise defensive-first league. Normal stuff considering the typical anxiety and nervousness of many players in a first game.

It will be back to normal in many of the series.

Therefore:

2-1 Tampa.

It's the playoffs. We could be up 5-0 in game 3 of the finals, with a 3-0 series lead and I'd be nervous as hell.

Eller was awesome, and IMO, in our top-4 players (Can't decide between our centres). IMO, we had 6 really excellent players, a few who had very good ones, and a few who had solid games in Game-1.

Excellent
Bournival
Briere
Desharnais
Eller
Gorges
Plekanec

Very Good
Gionta
Vanek
Wiese

Solid
Bourque
Emelin
Gallagher

The biggest way to improve Game #2 is;

1) Our defense needs to play better
2) Price needs to be better
3) We need to stop being so pretty - Vanek should have had about 30 shots.
Amanda Stein could not name one of the Tampa D men, but said she 'had a bad feeling about the series'. What? The? ****? TSN 690 get your **** together. What are people like this doing working there? Some favour to the producer's brother or something? Amateur land.

Very optional #TBLightning skate this morning. Ondrej Palat is not taking part. Interested observers include Bergevin, Therrien and Waite

Coaching and management seem to be WAY more proactive this year as opposed to the Sens. Waite comes off as a very tactful guy, as opposed to Groulx.

This is probably going to be a very hard game for us to win. TB don't want to go into MTL down 2 games with so many rookies. I think the only way we win this if is Price is back to his stellar-self and our PP gets working again. I don't expect a win, but we've already earned a split on the road so that's victory in itself. I just hope the boys continue with the puck possession style from last game and don't let off.

Im expecting 3-1 Tampa final, but if Price can steal one, I'm expect 3-2 MTL. I just hope we don't give Lindback any confidence. Make him as uncomfortable as last game.

If we were up 5-0 in game 3 of the finals, with a 3-0 lead I would also be nervous... for cheating?

Just kidding though, I know what you meant and would probably feel the same!

The key to this game will be the first period. Normally, against a team like BOS or PHI, I'd expect the opponent to come out banging every Hab player like The Sens did in last year's series.

However, even when the physicality went up after the Markov hit during the last game, Montreal looked far from out of it's element. Therefore, I'm not sure TB comes out with that specific game plan to start the game.

The key will be for Therrien to roll out four lines during the first period and for The Habs to keep hustling to keep the game close after One. Staying out of the penalty box will be essential to get a rhythm going early. Short shifts where every player goes all out should get the job done in the first.

Solid goaltending goes without saying….

Well, it was a joke, I'm not sure that you will be able to see that game everywhere (at least, the Raptors only play tomorrow, but there is the Wings/Bruins matchup)

I just made a list for team I would prefer to avoid on our road to the cup, but a series against them could be fun and I would not be scared against most of them. The first step is to beat Tampa, but after that it's gonna be even more interesting!

Chris Lee and Tim Peel will cancel each other out like two negatives.

People complaining about Carey's performance the other night should check out Quick's game last night. Nothing to worry about, we got this.

Don't you have to relinquish your mod status to post GDTs?

(do it, WhiskeySeven wants a sheriff badge real bad )

Didn't see too much negative stuff on Carey's performance.
Most folks felt he pulled his game together when it counted most.
They also felt he normally eats those shots up 1st in particular.
Stamkos getting some credit for shot placement.
We will take a mulligan on that start.

Any truth to the rumour Habs handing out DD booble chairs to the first 5000 fans in attendence on Easter Sunday.

Why do so many people predict a Bolts win ? The Habs will take this one easily, like 5-1. And i am very serious.
