I ordered a Zucc jersey around 2:15 shows status as New on NHL.com payment shows as complete in paypal . I received the notice of error of pricing but never a cancellation notice or refund. Fingers crossed.

just a heads up for anyone that wants to get a patch put on their jersey, just went to NHL store and cosbys.. NHL store said up to 2 hour wait to get the patch done, cosbys should be quick but when i went the person who does it was out to lunch

It may be too late, but I want to buy a Lundqvist home blue online and get it before game 5 in LA, Premier or Authentic, I don't care...anyone have advice of the best site to use that has fast shipping?

2-3 days is a joke, I am on day 3-4 of waiting on my jersey refund. What a joke. They basically stole my money at this point. Let me know what you say to them and their reply.

I emailed the NHL Shop customer service and they said it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be applied to my account. Thank God I'm at the beginning of my billing cycle. I'd be furious if I had to pay the $62 dollars for a jersey I'm not getting on my next statement.

I was in the same boat until 15 minutes ago. They probably haven't send out all the cancellation emails yet.
