Chouinard will be in the AHL. All their signings today were meant for the Phantoms, but to bring some possible callups for the Flyers.

The Flyers won't even bother trying a Chouinard/Gagne junior resurrection the way the Habs did Ribeiro/Dagenais (And that was after Dags started in the minors) unless things get REAL desperate with injuries.

We dealt Chouinard for a 2nd rounder and got Maxim Lapierre with that pick. The Flyers than dealt Chouinard, a year later, for a 7th rounder to the Wild. I can feel satisfied with Savard ripping Bobby Clarke off on that deal and adding a solid prospect with the pick.
