Just for the Rangers to get swept out of the ECF (which seems pretty likely) and a team from the West to win the cup (which also seems pretty likely). Those seem to be pretty common around these parts

I would lovea larger version of the blue Red Wings logo.

Boston with the win in OT, looking like a Montreal/Boston series coming up now.

If those two play each other, I'll be rooting for an act of god to eliminate them both.

I'm rooting for the West, how could anyone root for Boston or those snobby french ****s (no excuse for chanting an injured players name)? Also i think its ******** that the rangers, philly series hasn't even played their game four yet.

It's nice to hold a stanley cup win over the heads of those teams who haven't, so I have to take that into consideration no matter how childish it may be. If every team has won it that kind of takes some of the fun and boasting away. Having said that GO AV's, DUCKS or STARS although i do like the Sharks.

I'm rooting for the sharks. They always seem to have that team who is going to win it all and then suck it up in playoffs.

Wow just was reading the game thread in the Rangers forum, and I think they managed to bash everyone on the team, it's amazing the difference of attitude is between Tampa fans and Ranger fans. I saw little bashing from fans here, and a positive attitude about the future, and Tampa was swept. Rangers are tied and fans are already asking for buy outs, trades, you name it. Just crazy.

keep in mind there are a lot more Rangers fans on this website than Lightning fans. I'm sure if there were more of us here there would be a contingent of reactionary folk.

If nothing else, one Rangers blog I visit on a semi-regular basis is really quite gounded in reality. Maybe the culture here for Rangers fans breeds more discontentment. I really don't know.

Sorry, but can't be done - I didn't save the .PSD file. Also there are size restrictions for avatars(125x125px for regulars and 150x150px for sponsors/staff). All of the ones that I created are at 125x125px so that most people here could use them.

Ah, all good. I wanted to use it as a wallpaper and FB banner. I have a lot of friends in Det, wanted to support them... but that's over. LOL

I am torn on what to root for tonight. Possibility of a pick or a crushing game 7 first round exit.

Well, the Rangers need to win 5 more times to get us an extra first-rounder. I'm living proof that it's possible to hate MSL while cheering for the New York Rangers.

An additional 1st would be awesome and make the deal a true win if we resign Cally. With that said a Philly-Pens 2nd round would be awesome entertainment even more then Boston-Montreal.

If the Rangers win tonight they'll have no problem with the Penguins IMO. They're the kind of defensive team that can frustrate the Penguins, and beat them with forward depth.

If they still had Dubinsky sure but they don't have a center to shutdown Crosby.

Same boat.
"Lightning are out, but at least the sharks have a 3-0 lead! I'm ready to watch some sharks games!"

"For real?"

They'll beat the Pens unless they find a way to eliminate Fleury ******** the bed. No way they beat the Bruins and they may not even beat Montreal.

And even if they beat ****tsburgh and Montreal/Boston, any one of LA, San Jose, Chicago, or Anaheim would beat them.
