Special teams (particularly power play) has been our down fall.

If we get a power play goal tomorrow, i think we will win

Man, I've been so caught up in the "WIN THE SERIES" mentality (still want to win it badly and think we can) that I've not looked at it all.

Guys. Think back to September and what we felt like. Now realize that we are in a game 6 with the #1 seed in the conference. We're a hockey team now.

Not even close. But seriously if there is a game 7 I hope that the Ducks fans wake up an realise that this is the playoffs and provide a great playoff atmophere.

Playoffs? Game 6? At home? Against a California team with an animal name? I've seen this one before ...

Spoil:
Stars win this thing 2-1 in overtime.

GO STARS!

Let's do this! Win or lose I'm extremely proud of this franchise. Such a huge turnaround in a single year has been amazing to watch. Gaglardi is the owner we needed, and he got the GM we needed, who got the coach and top line center we needed. Future is brighter than ever.

I've said earlier that even if our boys had been swept out out of the first round, it would be a successful season. Every game we play is a bonus, and I couldn't be happier with the way things have gone so far.

If our run ends tonight, I'll still be proud of the Dallas Stars.....but here's hoping they're not dead yet!

Let's go STARS!!!!

Whitney is scratched? And it might be his last game as a Star? This game is a success no matter what.

Fun facts:
PIMs for each series

ANA-DAL - 299 !!
COL-MIN - 108 (4+ games)
CHI-STL - 125
LAK-SJC - 180 (4+ games)
---------------
Western Total - 712

BOS-DET - 92
MTL-TBL - 76 (4 games)
PIT-CBJ - 102
NYR-PHL - 86 (4 games)
---------------
Eastern Total - 356

We have nearly double compared to any other series and almost as much as the eastern combined!
Yes the refs have been bad, but man do they hate each other

Praises and feasts for Ruff if Whitney really is scratched!
