Gonchar and Jordie on the 2nd PP unit. Nightmare waiting to happen.

Eakin, Jamie, Tyler, Trevor, and Goligoski on the first unit.

I predict a hard fought OT loss tonight. Either way they've exceeded my expectations.

I like Eakin on the first unit. But he hasn't really done much on the PP to deserve it, will be intresting to see how he does with Jamie and Tyler playing with him now.

It's not like anybody else is working out on the PP, might as well mix it up.

So Gonchar is in therefore I'm assuming KC will be scratched if Nemeth is ready.

Lindy Ruff wouldn't confirm any lineup changes, but based on skate it looks like Cole is in tonight, Whitney out. Nemeth in, Connauton out.
Poor KC.

Connauton doesn't deserve to be in any more than Gonchar. Sure am glad Nemeth is back though.

So has Connauton. Endless giveaways and shots off the shin pads.

KConn hasn't been that bad. Most of the turnovers, especially in game 5, were because of a result of poor play by Gonchar just seconds earlier.

It's just the way they broadcast it on TV. For some reason they like to take most of the crowd noise out. You could really notice on the broadcast of teemu's last regular season game. At the arena you couldn't hear anything over the crowd, and on the broadcast it was hard to hear the crowd over the music.

Honestly, that's just not true. I've been to probably half a dozen ducks games, including game 2, it is never loud unless someone scores or a Ducks player takes a penalty. Maybe they do filter out the noise on TV, but 99% of the time that isn't a difficult task at Honda Center.

Was just going to say this.

The sheer volume of PP time he gets, one can't help but link it to how bad our special teams numbers are.

"Hey, I know, let's put our most snakebit forward out with our best players, surely there's no way he'd keep them from producing!"

Game 2 was super loud, what are you talking about? I was there and my section was loud all night long. Section 427 for reference.

Maybe, maybe not.

I think we'll need one more game just to be sure.

So proud of Ruff scratching Whitney. Win or lose, this is the lineup of our future as close as we can get it.
